Disney's Power Rangers: Which season do you like?

I'm gonna go with DinoThunder here. Ninja Storm was decent, not great but certainly undeserving of all the crap it gets, SPD was terrible, and Mystic Force was just... blah.

These are my own opinions about the Disney Era PR thus far...

PRNS

+ WALDO...err...I mean Dustin
+ ...and Cam
+ "Balanced" Battlizer
- You know what I'm going to say.

What should've happened:

Lothor should've ripped off his masked (ala Scorpion) to reveal he turned into "Tao Zanto"

PRDT

+ Mesogog...nuff said
- R.I.P. Mesogog...MOST. HUMILIATING. DEATH. EVAR!!!

What should've happened:

* Croc D'Ville should've been Trent's "sidekick" and had a crush on Kira.
* Kept the name "Bio Zords"...we had "Dino Zords" already!!!
* "Talking Zords"...telepathy MY EYE!!!!

PRSPD

+ "It's Buttery!"...nuff said
- NO NEED FOR "BATTLE THONG"...it KILLED the design
- NO NEED FOR "GENETIC POWERS"
- The Dog and the Parrot...they over did it

What should've happened:

* "Buggy Zord" piloted by the "Orange Ranger"

PRMF

+ Jenji...like his counterpart...THE CAT CAN FIGHT!!!
+ P.J.
+ Chip
+ Homage to Soga Machiko...sort of.
+ "Afro" survived...hurray!!!
+ "Fairy Wings"
+ Sailor Clare
+ Phineas...THE TROBLIN CAN FIGHT!!!
- Plan Xander :redface2:

Actually, Wild Force was a Disney season as well. You probably should have worded it, "Ranger Productions, LTD. : What season do you like best?"

With that said, I chose Dino Thunder.

I didnt hate NS as much as others seemed too, but it wasnt exactly a walk in the park either. SPD and MF were just terrible. Absolutely terrible. I don't see how anyone can like them.

The dialogue was below par even for Power Rangers, the stories annoyingly bad, and the action was the same thing over and over. Koichi's (a great guy tho) need for slow-mo all the time felt like hitting myself with a frying pan in the head.

Dino Thunder in my opinion had a great balance of everything and really came off well. Probably would have done the finale abit diff. and handled Trent better. But still, did so many things right over the other seasons.

And I don't care what people say about Conner, he was no were near as bad as Nick. It should have just been named "Power Rangers Nick Force".

So far, we haven't gotten any seasons close to DT. NS comes close second but SPD and MF are nothing but respective copies. Mystic Force HAD potential and it was Kalish's second chance to make up for the negative feedback he got from SPD, which I disliked the most. However he really didn't match up the orignality standards in Mystic Force which was a nail to the coffin. In the end, it ended up being a translation, just like SPD. The saving grace for MF was probably Phineas, Leelee and Clare. His continuity problems were most noticible in both SPD/MF.

With him back for another 2 years, god knows what he has in store for Overdrive and the season after that.

WF, NS, and DT are the best bar none (and yes, I count WF despite MMPR Productions still shooting the series somewhere else)

NS is the best parody of the series ever, which sadly the juvenile fandom mostly does'nt "get" or appreciate and runs down making total fools of themselves in the process, whilst fans who understand the season enjoyed it's tounge-in-cheek humour and fourth wall breaking.

DT acknowledged PR's Sentai roots, had the best villain since pre-marriage Lord Zedd and Dark Spectre, had excellent storylines that made the most out of the NZ locations, had one of the best (and the only good) Disney team-ups ever, and closed out with a quiet finale which does'nt deserve half the **** it gets

SPD and MF are, of course, the best example of how to turn PR into a train-wreck of global proportions. SPD may have had one of the best casts and concepts ever attempted in PR, and MF had ten or thirteen excellent episodes, but both sadly became little more than explosion-filled fillers and Sentai translations so much that the ideas used meant nothing.

So you're calling some people who are fools that don't like Ninja Storm? They (include me) have a right to hate parody Power Rangers and it's a matter of opinion. Can't you just accept that and let it go? :disappoin
