I'm now going to loose here. Mandark's laugh beats me Dee Dee and Dexter.

Hmm, I'll vote for Dee Dee, because Mandark fell in love with Dee Dee, so he invited Dee Dee to his house to dance, and she ended up destroying his lab.

A little off topic but what if Dee Dee was accidentally teleported to the Power Ranger's command center.

Agreed!! Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Cow n Chicken, Powerpuff Girls, this was Cartoon Network's Golden era. Way better than that reality TV ****.
