Just to much went on between the end of ep4 and the start of ep5 that they don't even tell you about.

Hmm, I can see it being a bit confusing at the beginning since it's straight to Daichi and Io stowing away to Nagoya, but I think the episode did a good job of clearing up and explaining what happened.
