Well, Sushi Typhoon + Iguchi Noboru [he's the one that has directed Machine Girl and Sukeban Boy, among other things] will probably means it'll be different from the original series. But I still have hope

Personally though, I like his works.

Those were off-the-set photos, not screenshots if I'm not mistaken. Being Yakuza though would be another mark against them.

- It says here that the movie will be split into two arcs; The first being Daimon's younger days, and the later half dealing with Daimon's middle-age days.

- Young Daimon will be played by Go-onred himself Furuhara Yasuhisa, while Itao Itsuji (Spider from Kamen Rider the FIRST, Masked Takenouchi from Cromartie High the Movie) plays the older Daimon.

- Takenaka Naoto (Stresemann from Nodame Cantabile drama ver.) will play Daimon's father.

- Dr. Akunomiya is played by Emoto Akira (the private eye who is hired by Yakusho Koji's wife in Shall We Dance) while Yamasaki Mami (Kaze no Shizuka from Boukenger) plays Miss Borg

- Watanabe Hiroyuki (Gaoh from Den-O Ore Tanjou, Freddie from Cromartie High the Movie, Taiga from GARO) plays the inspector that allies with Daimon.
