No, that's been false information that's been out there. You got that from the IMDB, right? Takeshi Miyazaki, who played Ninja Blue and GoGoFive's Pierre (and is now action director for the Rider shows) played Griffazor. Kusaka was Tottopatto (Baboo) -- his face is partially visible! You can clearly see it's him. Plus he's tall, which Griffazor isn't.
