Magiranger vs Dekaranger - Talkback

It was really disappointing. I liked both series so I went in with a really open mind but it was really weak. The character stuff was good, as some of the stupid scenes were actually kinda humourous but overall... *thumbs down*

They even managed to mess up the roll call, even Deka vs. Aba got that right!

Just like any other teamups, Magiranger vs. Dekaranger was kinda boring! Except the fact that they were trying their best to explain to the audience about the importance of family. :disappoin

you know I dont expect great things from movies or team ups all the time, but usually they arent "terrible" or horrible. Usually they are mildly enjoyable or something really fun to watch. But this one was a huge step down in my opinion. I've seen the production crew in japan do better, I know they can do better than that. They just aren't trying. Either that or production costs were down.

I just didnt understand why they used our Battlizer. It looked great and the special Formation sequence was nice to watch. But Ban does two attacks at most with the thing and that's it. I was expecting some sword play at least. I mean why bother having it?

But the character bits were kewl. Jasmine was sooo cute and her talking about her parents (finally) was great to see. I miss Dekaranger... god I loved that season.
