Decade: Journey Through the True Rider War

There were 4 worlds, each with their own stories. All 4 worlds were separated, yet connected in a way. Now the link that's keeping them connected as well as maintaining a balance in the universe is starting to break, monsters from a mysterious 5th world has appeared in all 4 worlds causing havoc as sudden as the appearance of the 5th world. It seems that the monsters and the powers of the Riders from other worlds are disrupting the balance of the universe. Now knowing that after many research made, Riders of each respective world will have to destroy the riders of the other worlds in order to save their own world and beside being able to save their world, the one who finishes the job first will be granted a wish no matter how ridiculous or stupid it is. To be able to do that, Kamen Rider Decade, who was borned from the 5th world has to be defeated and with Decade's belt, it'd be a piece of cake to win this battle royal.

Setting and Notes-------------------------------------------------------
Long story short, a free for all battle royal with ideas borrowed from Decade.
It works the same as Decade too.

You can be like Godai and be good and awesome man, or you can be like Kusaka who's a son of a bitch. Depending on your intentions, you will most probably be in conflict even with some of the riders from the same world as you're from, that is if you want to add some realism into it. But that's what fun about it in my opinion, you get a lot of freedom No freaking restrictions beside powerups, now that's near god-modding

1st world - R World(where original riders resigns, if you want to RP as say Agito, Kuuga or Kiba, this is the world for it.)

2nd world - AL World(alternative world, where Kamen Rider is just a kid's show. Original Riders world for those who pick Earth as the setting for their characters)

3rd world - NR World ( Kamen Rider had never been heard of in this world, a advanced world which resembles future earth, original mutant or mecha riders can go here.)

4th world - DR World(A fantasy world, where magic and dreams are real. Mystical Riders, anyone?)

5th world - M World ( the new world, borned of darkness, those who want to be evil riders, pick this)

Appearance/description: Kyle has black shoulder length hair and wears black specs. He looks just like any normal people out there, and you'd usually just walk pass him without noticing anything weird. He usually wears a black long sleeve shirt with the sleeves pushed up to his elbows and a pair of long pants. Kyle's a perfectionist, he often tries to be the best at everything and hide his frowns when someone better then him appears. However, he doesn't take it to the extreme to be better then them and surprisingly is a fine person to befriend with. He tries not to be too much of perfectionist, but usually to no avail.

Appearance/description: Aiden has dark black hair that's neck length, and purple highlights. Aiden wears black finger nail polish, and is normally wearing black shirts with a black leather jacket along with black jeans. Aiden is a very sarcastic person who tends to just think he is above any other person.

While living in England Aiden wasn't a really popular person in high school teachers would view him as a punk and students would view him as a loser. Because of this Aiden tried many time to take his own life just because of how lonely he was in the world. Though Aiden didn't know that every time he failed wasn't because he didn't try or because he just quit the last second it was because his life would be thrown into a more important directions.

After every failed attempt Aiden would run off into the local part and try his best to view life as something great, but this day was different for when Aiden sat on the park bench and stared up at the sky a man said," Why are you staring at the sky?" Aiden said," I'm trying to see the good in life." The man smirked and said," If you can't see the good then I shall just take your life." Aiden jumped up as the man changed into a mantis like creature, and Aiden said," Hey I don't know what you are, but you can't take my life." Aiden then smirked, and said," Whatever if you want to kill me then kill me." On this day Aiden received his powers though it took the shape of a magnum and a bullet and with that Aiden opened the magnum by flicking it downwards and he placed the bullet in the second slot. After pulling the trigger Aiden shouted," Henshin."

Name: Kamen rider Ceaser

Description/picture: Ceaser looks like that of a roman emperor. His Helmet splits his eyes which are a metallic navy, and his helmet is decorated like a emperor's helmet. His Chestplate is decorated with a wolf's head in the middle of his chest, and trumpeters going down from the wolf's head. The chest plate is navy while the designs are silver. Ceaser's Gauntlets are navy and silver, and they have silver designs of thorny like vines wrapping around his arms. Ceaser has shoulder pads that are Navy and outlined in silver around the lining of the shoulder pads. Ceaser also has a skirt that is navy and silver that attaches below his chest plate. Ceaser's leggings share the same design as his chest plate with a silver wolf's head and trumpeters directed to the ground, and shares the same color scheme. Ceaser has a small shield that covers is on his right arm that is wrapped around his shoulder to his elbow on his armor. The shield is shaped like a oval, and has the design of a wolf's head in the middle with trumpeters floating around it.

Henshin device: Ceaser Magnum- A Silver and Navy magnum that is decorated with a roman like style. When loaded with a henshin bullet, and fired Kamen rider Ceaser's armor forms from the bullet, and then Aiden runs into the armor, and changes into Kamen rider Ceaser.

Weapon:

Ceaser Magnum- The ceaser Magnum can be loaded with a few types of bullets. One type is the Henshin bullet which is used to change Aiden into Kamen rider ceaser though he only holds twelve henshin bullets. One other type of bullet is the Claymore bullet which when fired changes into the Julius
Claymore. Buster calibers are the basic bullets that automatically load into the Ceaser magnum if opened up to reload, and is near Ceaser's wrist. The final type of bullets are the Final calibers which when loaded into all slots activate Ceaser's finisher.

Julius Claymore- A roman like claymore that is Navy and silver. The sword is summoned when the Ceaser Magnum fires a Claymore bullet.

The color design is Navy and Silver.

Finisher: Once Ceaser loads six Final calibers into the Ceaser Magnum blue flames begin to appear from the barrel of the gun, and Ceaser says," Sadly it's time to play Roulette, but you have no chance of winning." Ceaser then fire five shots at the head, right, and left shoulders, and the right and left knees before he fires the final shot to the middle of the opponent's rib cage which then blue flames connect all the bullets together, and then ceaser kicks the right with a double legged drop kick in the chest bullet which causes the calibers to explode and finish off the opponent.

It is actually the exact same idea, because we came up with it together. There was a thread made by deme not too long ago with a similar concept to this RP, the whole rider vs rider with freedom of creativity to no ends beside power-ups. I'd not look at the Cyborg War thread so I don't really know about it, but I'm guessing it's a war between cyborgs where you choose a fraction and create your character?
