Age: 42
Appearance: And they say gold is out of style...
Occupation: Weapon and Arms Dealer, Mafia supplier
Bio:
Victor Harkov Resling VI is a descendant of someone from the initial war that birthed the coming of the Specineff and the Three-Day Slaughter. He's a twisted human who believes that money equals power, and by supplying those with power gives him power too. But what better way to obtain power than to seek out the one that made all of his continent in that war shake in their boots.
Victor learned of the Specineff, the Terror of Death as it was written, by his great-grandfather's journal that was written during the war and the Three-Day Slaughter. How fascinated was he when he learned how scary death could be and the form it came in. In a society that humans and Virturoids live together, there was a Virturoid many years ago that was actually considered a God of Death. And the delusion of controlling the God of Death and death itself would make him an absolute God in the world was born.
Since his late teens, Victor learned of weapon trading and Virturoid manufacturing. In mechanics and engineering, he had top marks in his college. Afterwards, he switched from working with law enforcement to overseeing the manufacturing of new and future Virturoids. But all this was a ruse, a heavily orchestrated and carefully scripted plan to get his hands on the ultimate prize of his future.
His time as a weapons dealer came to light when he escaped a manufacturing plant with blue prints for other Virturoids, selling them to mafias and gaining trust from the underworld. He supplied war countries with other countries' schematics in weapons and Virturoids, even helped design some abominable creations.
Under the guise of Alan Beck, taking a new look from cosmetic surgery to hide from officials, Victor Harkov Resling IV was hired by the labs that were researching the Specineff. After 40 years of his life, years of planning and waiting, he finally found the Specineff that had killed SO many, the Virturoid designed by his late idol, Harold Saibak. And so, he took the chance. With his men and cohorts who had infiltrated the facility, the blueprints, the notes, the make, everything for the Specineff were all stolen. All except the original body, who Victor found would be an insult to his idol if they were to steal the original. Oh, how he was mistaken...
Victor, as both Resling IV and Alan Beck, became an internationally wanted criminal, who was backed by mafias and countries he had supplied with endless amount of weapons thanks to his bountiful knowledge. But the real prize wasn't the money he "earned" or the "friends" he made, but the mass-production of Specineff models he recreated and could constantly create to make the ENTIRE world bow down to him.
That is, if "the ghost of Harold Saibak" doesn't find him first.
