Technically they're uploading the HK DVD Rips of V3. Not JN's DVD rips. But it is licensed in America and should be bought not downloaded. But we can't really say a whole lot. We still everyday. Every time you download an episode of Kiva without paying for it, or anything else, it's still theft and illegal. Because they are licensed
