The Decade belt kinda has two voices doesn't it? There's low eerie sounding that announces stuff like "Final Attack Ride.." and then the gameshow voice that does "D-D-D-Decade!"

Or is it actually the same VA doing both?

Does kinda sound like two different guys. Between the two, I prefer the "B-B-BLADE!" guy, but then the more fun aspects of Toku kinda amuse me.

My favorite has got to be W's voice though. CYCLONE! JOKER!

I'm not. The Rouzer voices have a very garbled sound to them. You need the subs to translate the damn Rouzers almost as much as you need it for the character dialog.

Nah, its just the Rouzers are really understated in Blade. I never had trouble understanding them. But this is an area of Toku that you really only notice when people do it in excess.

What gets your attention more? "Lightning Sonic." Or, "CYCLONE! JOKER!"
