Comcast and The hub network

Comcast moved The Hub to a higher tier on their services this morning. Those of you that watch the hub and have comcast should check to see if you still get the channel. If you don't and you still want it, you'll have to sign up for a higher priced package.

That's fucked up but I get why. The Hub is one of the fastest growing channels I've ever seen. I think I watch it more than Cartoon Network now.

Yeah same here. I called comcast and they put it all on the Hub. Comcast told me that the Hub got moved to a higher tier due to contracts and such.

In my area here in Houston, The Hub was already on the "higher tier" of premium cable channels ever since The Hub debuted............which means I myself have yet to watch any of The Hub shows that most of HJU has been talking about since my household isn't on the "higher tier" premium cable package.

Yeah in Maryland, The Hub is already a high tier channel in my area for Comcast but good luck trying to get the channel back if you can.

The Hub is also a higher tier channel through my satellite service. It's disappointing because I don't want to pay a much larger amount for that package just to get the Hub. :disappoin

It makes me wonder if my cable company will do the same thing. They've already done it with the Game Shot Network by making it a part of the sports package.

Mine was higher tier to start with as it replaced the Discovery Kids Network ; not premium, more like a part of the default digital package for my cable service as the premiums are the sport and film packages. Also get an HD version of Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, XD, FOX ,CW, NBC, CBS and TBS so I won't be hurting for anime, Korra and the other cartoons. Nice I get to see Power Rangers in its full quality so I can laugh at the color differences between the suits. Just wished I had HD CW during KRDK because that would have been neat.
