Chou Sei Kantai Sazer X - Talk Up! [Fansub Spoilers!!!]

[Kyusaku]

Is it safe to say that some drama has kicked in with the addition of Shark as a main hero?.

Drama kicked in a bit before Shark, more like when Groza shows up. And Shark really isn't coming off as a leader. He kinda keeps to himself and does his own thing. His mech doesn't need a core braver either so he can kind of do his own thing.

Who needs Shark? Taku-kun is still the bestest! :buttrock:

16 was good. Filled with nice action. Things were slowed down a bit but still good. I have yet to be bored with Sazer X

Ep 18 was another display where Shark ends up not coming off as a leader at all, and Takuto pointing out how much of an ass of a leader Shark is. Shark saves the day in the end but still acts like a jerk to the point of even pissing off Remy.

Watched 17. Nothing special in this one, for me. But it was good. Jackal was awesome looking. Takuto and Blairds ongoing comedic rivalry is funny. Keeps me laughing

I've only had time to see episode 1 and I gave my thoughts on it. Hopefully I can catch up sometimes soon. Too much Toku to watch right now.

You know, if you're going to be on the look for scans, you should probably start going to the source.

Ep 20 sure was a drama overload. But in a good way, a lot of good character conflict and a whole spectrum of emotions in this episode. This episode really shows how Takuto is really the leader and not Shark. Shark seems to be in his own world with Jackal, so Shark pretty much has become a side-story character. He even stated himself that Jackal isn't involved with the Neo-Descal plot.
