Celebrity Deaths Thread

2008 had a lot of celebrity deaths (most notable: Paul Newman, Bernie Mac, Isaac Hayes, Don LaFontaine)

2009 had a lot more celebrity deaths (most notable: Andrew "Test" Martin, Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, Billy Mays, Walter Cronkite, "Umaga" Eddie Fatu, Patrick Swayze, Brittany Murphy)

2010 seems to be doing the same thing (Chris Kanyon, Gary Coleman, Dennis Hopper)

I know I'm missing a lot of names, but these celebrity deaths are just crazy!

Bea Arthur and David Carradine died in 2009 as well (I would say their deaths are more notable than Test and Umaga as far as the general populace goes).

^ That was uncalled for.

Rest in Peace Dennis, I just found out now...
And yes, R.I.P Gary Coleman too...

Let's not be so negative about this, and say: ''oh no celebrities are dropping everywhere'', I had enough with people saying ''2009 was a black year for celebrities'', it could be worse.

The increasing number of celebrity deaths is pretty much just a function of the overall increasing number of celebrities.

I didn't do this :disappoin But seriously, all these deaths are REALLY started to freak me out :/

It shouldn't, it's a natural part of life. It's not even that many if you compare it to all the people who die everyday who weren't famous enough for it to be covered in anything more than their local paper's obituary column.

Yeah, that scares and upsets me to :disappoin I just tend not to think of them :/
