How regal or something like that as it is time to deal with KingOher.
"Did you really needed to be that harsh on Donbrothers?"
Yes.
"But but but!"
Okay I do think there is a way Donbrothers could have been decent, two in fact! Either drop all connections with Zekaiger so it can be its own thing OR not be an official series but rather a parody or satire like Akibaranger.
"Hey, get back on topic!"
So this is the only series other than JAKQ not to have a Christmas episode and the first no to take place on Earth outright. Also the green screen makes this the most expensive sentai series Toei ever made, I can't prove it but I wouldn't be surprised if Kamen Rider Saber influenced this decision.
"More monster of the week ability listings?"
Do you ever need to ask?
"And the movie?"
Will be done between episodes 23 and 24.
"Will this be another five parts ten episodes each?"
Yes.
"Anything else?"
Looking at the monster of the week list and it's short as hell.... A Super Sentai series without proper monsters of the week.... I am going to bust a nut.
"Don't forget about Dekaranger 20 Years Later!"
Will do that after the Kakuranger one.
"I guess that's it."
One more thing: After I'm done with this series I am going to rank every single foot soldier in the franchise. I may have to break them up by eras to prevent overlap, but I was able to do this with all of the foot soldiers in the Kamen Rider franchise so it is doable here.

Wow, low effort attempts at monsters of the week here and we've already covered half of them in a fifty episode series, it's like a lack of creativity. We already have upgraded mechs before episode 10 for some reason right out of the gate. There's a brother rivalry with the red and silver rangers which got revealed this early because.... Reasons? I will give them credit for having a purple ranger as part of the main team from the beginning, that is unique. The different kingdoms being different from one another do a good job of being distinct from one another. The sixth ranger will be introduced next episode because I guess this series is on meth. I poke fun at how fast the narrative is, but by in individual episodes the pacing is so incredibly slow. AND THE MUSIC. WHO THE HELL THOUGHT THIS LOW EFFORT RAP SONG WOULD MAKE A GOOD FANTASY OPENING!? Not that rap can't work with fantasy, Re:Monster had a rap song for its opening theme and that was one of the best anime to air last year much to the dismay of Mother's Basement. This is not reddit, I can ignore rape in fiction because it isn't real and such there is no deal breaker. I'd like to see u/leftycomics guy and Ben Garrison fighting each other in a cage match gladiator style, they're identical. Lets see what else this series has... Erm.... Oh, the grunts, having shovel guns is quite unique. As for comedy I am surprised how little of it there is, aside from the purple ranger cuddling a big plushie in private it takes itself quite seriously which is a nice change of pace from a lot of comedy loaded entries we've had since Kyoryuger. The main villain taking action himself is also good.... And that is all I got, see you all next time.
