This new Capt. America trailer is amazing, and I think the CGI work on pre-SS Evans is not flawless but exceptionally done. I'm sure they'll continue to tinker with it until the film is released. This has now replace Thor as my #1 most anticipated movie of the summer.

What amazed me is that somehow the Conan staff was able to find that movie.

Well,both Captain America movies from 1979 are on YouTube,so I guess they didn`t have that hard of a time

Both movies have "so-bad-they`re-good"vibe to them,kinda like KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park

Interesting! So the Red Skull's "skull" is his actual face!

Of course, it was a mask in the comics. But this works, too! :thumbs:

That eventually became his real face in the comics after his Dust of Death backfired on him way back in the late 80's.

I did not know this, but Howard Stark was part of the Super Soldier Program.

Only for the film. He was not involved with Weapon Plus, of which Project Rebirth is a part of, in the comics.


Rumors / (possible) spoilers:
[HIDE]- Red Skull is the first super-soldier.
- There will be an Asgardian guarding the Tesseract / Cosmic Cube and he will be killed by Red Skull.
- Bucky is the leader of the Howling Commandos.
- Captain America's first costume is based on his Golden Age appearance and is only just for show. He gets his new combat-ready costume after saving the Howling Commandos.
- Nazi Germany's advanced weapons is due to the Tesseract.
- Bucky "dies" in the attempt to stop the bomber plane.
- Captain America and Red Skull are fighting in the bomber when it crashes in the Arctic.
- When Steve Rogers is unfrozen, Nick Fury and Tony Stark are at his side and they invite him to join the Avengers.

Eh,the 1990 Cap movie was OK.Mind you,it wasn`t a movie I`d want to watch again and again but it wasn`t horrible
