The 27-year-old actress-singer (full name: Brandy Norwood) was driving a 2007 Land Rover on the 405 Freeway on December 30, when the collision occurred.

She failed to slow down and struck the back of a 2005 Honda at about 65 mph, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

Well, it's nice that she's uninjured and all, but she really should have been paying more attention to the road so that she wouldn't have caused the accident in the first place.

So far, nobody knows the exact cause, but apparently there's no evidence of her being under the influence or anything yet. If it was just negligence though, that's almost as bad.

Notice her PR person said she wasn't drunk or using drugs. The cops didn't say that, the PR person did which means that Brandy probably was under the influence of something and now her PR person is covering Brandy's ass.
