In terms of design, hands down a vote for the Orphenocs for me; despite being monochromatic, those designs still stand out so much (for all the right reasons).

It's a tie between Orphenocs and Undead, for me. I liked the idea that literally *anyone* could become an Orphenoch, and they were very grey characters from the get-go. Pun intended. Plus, in spite of the monochromatic-ness, their designs were some of the best.

Undead, on the other hand are literally the progenitors of their species. They have very complex motivations, which usually amounted to winning the Battle Fight, but each would go about it in a different way. And the fact that they couldn't be killed was another fun twist. They could be sealed, but not destroyed. I also think that the Undead had amazing designs for the most part, as well. Mostly with the Royal categories, but not always. And Joker is kickass.
