I thought the second half of the series and the whole idea behind the Undead was pretty neat, it just had some horrible execution. Though it did have one of the most interesting endings in a long time.

Kiva is the best Heisei era Rider because of Otoya's dancing skills. It is closely followed by Ryuki, Kuuga, and Agito.
