A contributing factor would be that as the years go by, fewer people have seen previous series as we have more active members on a new series every year. I wouldn't be surprised if that duo wins cause a lot of people got hooked on to it. Plus it's the most recent that's on the poll.

Personally, I'd say either GodaiXIchijoi, RenXShinji, or KenzakiXHajime. Phillip and Shotaro was more of a best friend/partner bond than bromance in my opinion. They didn't have much against one another, and worked well on almost all basis. Other relationships started off rocky and became good or stayed a little funny and bitter like Ren and Shinji's case. Kenzaki and Hajime were either having a good time or at each other's throat nearly killing one another half the time. Godai always saves Ichijou's ass in a pinch, however I would say even they're more like best friends/partners, but I'd put them on top of Shotaro and Phillip.
