Time and Ginga are fine series.

Yeah, there was a period where Timeranger was reaching massively overrated levels (which is known as a Code Jetman), so I don't know where this guy read that.

a few freinds of mine have said that both are very odd in the sense that Ginga is always using horses and the suits that the Time rangers always wear when not morphed. but judging by the posts id say they were dead wrong lol

Eh, that wasn't really show-breaking stuff. The Gingaman rode their horses probably two times, tops, and the Timeranger only wore those crappy silver jammies right before transforming, and thankfully not the entire time -- they had a real wardrobe.

I can't state which series is the best, because IMO, there is no best series.
however, the worst series is none other than Engine Sentai Go-onger.
my gawd, other than the fact that it was written by someone who has never written for a Sentai series before...
the fact that the series was trying to be 100% funny, even during the in-suit scenes, was just plain annoying.
never mind about talking mechas since Abaranger did the same thing, but seriously, the comedy in it just got old. :redface2:

Actually, Go-onger's main writer was Junki Takegami, who was the main writer for Megaranger, GoGoFive and Gaoranger. He just...lost his touch is all.

that suprises me ive heard Timeranger is looked at as one of the worst Sentais along with Gingaman ive never watched any of either though thats just what ive heard from a few people

Sorry, but if you have a "worst", then you CAN have a best. That "There is no best" really doesn't add up when you have a worst.
