Battle Skirt? What Do You Call That?

In Double 21 and 22, the Triceratops Dopant has this battle skirt-like thing on. Orga had sorta the same thing on. What exactly do you call that? I always called it a battle skirt, but that sounds silly...

I like them. I think it looks very regal and flowing, even if they dont really "flow" all that much.

Haven't seen Double 21+22 yet myself, but regarding the thing Orga had, I've always personally considered it a sort of modified cape or like the bottom part of a trenchcoat, or even possibly like a longer version of the "tails" that you get on some tuxedo jackets.

Don't really see why you'd have to cal it anything, to be honest. However if you insist...how about "combat cape"?

Oh yeah, he did. There have been several character to wear something like that, and I want a cool name for it...
