Batman: Gotham Knight (New DTV movie coming up)

Wow... Bruce Timm is also involved in this movie as well.

I'm definitely gonna own it in Summer, 2008. :buttrock:

An 'anime' Batman....? plus Production I.G...!! I really hope that it's good.

hm interesting but "anime" hasnt been wowing me. So hopefully it is anime in name only and there are still american writers doing the actual stories. I hate anime-japanese storytelling and writing sometimes.

Well, actually...

================================

The description reads:
Set in the period between BATMAN BEGINS and THE DARK KNIGHT, this brand new adventure follows BATMAN as he unravels a mystery over six original stories done in the style of Japanese Anime. Each of the six original stories has been written by a highly respected screenwriter or comic book creator. The talent includes Academy Award nominee Josh Olsen (The History of Violence), screenwriter of the Blade films and Batman Begins David Goyer, and famed comic book writer Brian Azzarello, among others.

The Batman Anime DVD is viewed as a perfect companion piece to BATMAN BEGINS and THE DARK KNIGHT. The original stories introduce a number of classic characters from the DC Comics BATMAN universe as well as following up on characters and storylines that were introduced in BATMAN BEGINS.

Target: Core fans and tween boys

Rating: PG-13 (anticipated)

Release: 2-4 weeks in advance of TDK film release.

That's what happens when you look at something then get distracted by kittens for 20 minutes before replying. gah! lol

I dunno who any of those guys are though. But sounds good.

Eh... Cute furry kittens...? :laugh:

I am much more familiar with David S. Goyer though, he's involved with many of the latest marvel movie (in production. example: Thor).

This is gonna ROCK!! I can't wait!

NICE! O__O

yeah picked up a couple kittens from a shelter a couple days a go. They're little terrors. One likes to climb on my back and shoulders and its very good at balancing. :sly: it can actualy lay down on my shoulders while I walk around. The other one just swats and runs around like a shadow cat. I had them all over my keyboard during a small play session of WoW.
