Good evening chums, chaps, friends, mates; my friend and I are going to Japan next week (yatta!) and we really want to go to the Bandai Museum. Does anyone know how to get there from Tokyo by train?

Also, does anyone know any shops in Tokyo itself where we can purchase some sentai HOTTIES? like figurines and posters?

Cheers! :buttrock:

This site should be able to tell you what train routes to take, provided you know your starting and ending spots.

As for the Bandai Museum itself...Google is your friend.

This page on the museum's official website is the only one that has maps (though I'm not sure if they're maps to the old location in Chiba or the new one in Tochigi). They're in Japanese but if you print them out and take them with you, you can probably use them to ask someone at your hotel or something to guide you to where to go.

You should also try and see if there is a Japanese Consulate/Embassy/Tourist Office near where you live. If there is, contact them and let them know what you're looking for. They'll probably be able to either help you directly themselves or point you in the direction of where to go to look.
