I somehow figured that's what you might have been talking about, but I knew darn well that he said "Goldilocks" and not "Gold Arse" even the first time I saw the episode.

No, that's not considered profanity. Some may consider it vulgar. Meaning, it wouldn't get censored on most media but it's not a word you say in a formal scenario.
