It's an idea that's been brought up on other boards: If Aang can shut down another person's bending, can he also grant the ability? I mean, the airbenders learned from the air bison. Appa's the last of those, so it might be hard to teach a new generation of air benders without spirit bending.

I'm assuming that airbenders are going to be born in the future, whether Aang does anything or not

Avatar was a great series. Definitely loved the finale.

Just wish that the mystery of Zuko's mom was solved. Other than that, it really was a great series.

Just really hated Azula, though. And I was glad she went insane with the betrayal...

I loved watching that stupid 'shipping war unfold...never before (at least since the Teen Titans 'shipping) have I seen something that heated as far as that went.

I feel bad for Azula. She thinks her own mother hates her. She feels like she has no one on her side and in the end, she's crying and screaming like a wounded animal. I want to see a redemption story for her

I agree with you Tanuki-san. I did feel really bad for Azula, I mean she has been using as her way of gaining support from others including the Dai-Lee agents, Mae and Ty-Lee, but all that fear and lack of trust would end up biting her in the ass and she would become the confused, lonely monstrous girl that she truly is because it her choice. Let's hope there would be a side-story for Azula where she would find her way of redemption and overcome her own demons.

Aang is the last, there won't be anymore.

There's heavy rumors going around that at the Sand Diego Comic Con a new series will be around, though not focused on Aang, just another Avatar. Which would be an interesting idea.

You know something, you have a point there. I have been about who the next Avatar will be and my guess is someone from the Water Nation.

We won't know until the rumors are officially true.
