This reminds me of a topic I made at Japan Hero before it went down. I basically asked people if there were any anime titles that would appeal to toku fans; as in anime done in the toku style with heroes that henshin and mechas and what not. I know I REALLY loved Karas. That was awesome. The Kikaider anime is also right up the toku lovers alley.
that is, if you can look past all the girly stuff, since that kind of show is aimed squarely at little girls, and if you're a toku fan, you'd probably be more accustom to Shonen anime rather than Shojo fare
