I doubt they'd be Tokusatsu-ish. But who knows?.

It's Dracula and it's Toho. To me, that makes it worth a watch.

I found out Toho made some Dracula films. They looks pretty damn awesome but...are they tokusatsu?

Pretty much.

Toho did a trilogy of vampire films:

The Vampire Doll (1970)
Lake of Dracula (1971)
Evil of Dracula (1974)

Toho also did a werewolf movie, based on Kazumasa Hirai's "Wolfguy" book.

Crest of the Wolf (1973) This film was also the debut of the late Yuusaku Matsuda as the bad guy.

The music scores for all four films were by Riichirou Manabe (Godzilla Vs. Hedorah, Godzilla Vs. Megalon)!
