Even if it does pass, keep in mind that this bill is aimed more towards movie and music streams (y'know, the mediums that actually stir up **** for being pirated). Game companies, as a whole, have generally either not cared or actually supported them (the rationale being that watching a game doesn't give the same experience as actually playing it, plus they see it as free publicity). On top of that, this way the bill's worded makes it sound like you have to profit from the videos for this to matter.
