I've only been into watching Tokusatsu since earlier this year. Right now, I'm focusing on Decade, which is probably an odd choice for someone who has only seen two other Heisei era shows (Kabuto and W). Here are some of my opinions on the show, first overall as of Episode 10, then a little bit about each world.
Overall, I'm really enjoying the show. I had a nerdgasm when that anti-decade old fart summoned the Hopper twins. I really like the fact that people keep harping on Decade because he's "the destroyer of worlds", yet all he's been doing so far is trying to help people out in his own unique way. I like the Final Form Ride concept and my favorite so far is probably Kiva's. Natsumi isn't as annoying as Akiko for me, but I really don't mind either.
I feel that Kuuga is more of a development and introduction world overall. It isn't as "gimmicky" (not saying gimmick is a bad thing, far from it) as some of the later worlds, but it's still pretty interesting.
I really liked World of Kiva. The whole "Fangires and Humans working together" deal was interesting, and I was glad that not everything was happy and rosy with fluffy kittens in scarves.
World of Ryuki was awesome. I liked the whole "Kamen Rider Trial System" bit, and I'm glad the whole mirror jumping deal is used later on by Decade as Ryuki. Eijiro chasing the chicken was pretty funny too.
World of Blade was fun as well. I like that Tsukasa decided to give everyone Ace-level lunches. I also laughed my ass off when Kazuma started thinking Tsukasa's whole Zero of Spades thing was meant to inspire him because I'm pretty sure it wasn't.
No real opinion on world of Faiz yet.
