Why is this a big deal? Just have a scene with the following dialogue:
"You thought Jason and Kimberly and the Angel Grove crew were the first Power Rangers? Think again."
Then shoot the New American Rangers back to 1970s Tokyo, and have them meet the Power Go-Rangers, Power Rangers JAKQ (since it's been established they've been active at the same time), Power Rangers Battle Fever, Power Rangers Tronic Squad, Power Rangers Sun Vulcan, and Power Rangers Goggle Force. Easy-peasy.

I'm torn on this new idea for the series. The Sentai fan in me is greatly excited, if they do it well, it could be great! The Power Ranger fan in me though, see's a conflict as to how/if Saban can adapt this. I wonder if he would go back and do Jetman or another series for one year. Just a thought.

A mad scientist, Dr. Arai Kichigai, releases the seal of the MakaiJuu (Hell Beasts), a demon tribe that almost annihilated the human race 10,000 years ago. Shinko-Oh, their leader, seeks the Three Sacred Treasures: the Yasakani-no-Magatama, Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, and Yata-no-Kagami. This is to release his 9 brothers, the MakaiOh (Kings of Hell), to help him in his ultimate goal, to resurrect the Mikaboshi, a dark Force that existed before the universe, reigning alone in absolute darkness and control, using the heavenly spear Amenonuhoko, to plunge the world into darkness and chaos.
Only the TenJuu (Heavenly Beasts), powerful beings created by the gods, can reseal or destroy the MakaiJuu forever. It seems that they can be controlled with power that rivals to theirs, so the gods created the TenJuuHou (Heavenly Beast Punishment), an artifact infused with the power of the gods themselves, to control the beasts. Only people marked with the Seikouten (Mark of Heaven) can use the TenJuuHou. The first was Hidesato Kurenai, a sage who used the TenJuuHou to seal the MakaiJuu years ago. Unfortunately, due to the immense power used, Kurenai dies and the TenJuuHou shatters into 7 pieces: fire piece KAGUTSUCHI, water piece SUIJIN, thunder piece SUSANOO, sun piece AMATERASU, moon piece TSUKIYOMI, and the creation piece IZANAMI and IZANAGI. The people saw Kurenai's sacrifice and created the anti-demon organization, HIDESATO, in his name.
Years have passed and the MakaiJuu are once again free from their prison. Only the HouRANGERS, blessed by the fierce gods, can stop them.

18 years old. An impulsive and hot-headed high school student who always gets into fights. He find the fire piece KAGUTSUCHI in an old school building. This enables him to transform into HouRED. When he uses the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, he henshins into Super HouRED. Furthermore, when IZANAGI is used, he powers up to HouRED Exceed. As the story develops, truths unfold as we discover his true identity and purpose of being chosen. He uses the God Trigger, a brace type henshin device, to transform.
Shingo Murakami as Amamizu Daisuke a.k.a. HouBLUE

26 years old. A cool, stern, and hard-boiled detective who handles murder cases related the MakaiJuu. He uses this position as leverage for HIDESATO to act efficiently. He is also the heir to the Amamizu family fortune, and his family has been helping HIDESATO fund their research and development since time immemorial. His late grandfather is the inventor of the God Trigger and the super computer AI, IKARUS.
Airi Suzuki as Kaminari Nana a.k.a. HouYELLOW

16 years old. A sweet, perky and somewhat clumsy high school student who goes to same school as Shou. She is really HONEY-CHAN, a famous idol/singer in disguise. She develops an interest/attraction for Shou, who seems to be the only one not acknowledging her popularity, playfully calling him Shou-pyon at times. She receives the thunder piece SUSANOO as a family keepsake from her grandmother, and uses this to henshin into HouYELLOW. She may be clumsy at times, but she is the fastest of the group.

20 years old. A cocky, arrogant, and happy-go-lucky college dropout who cares about nothing. This changes when he acquires the moon piece TSUKIYOMI from his dying father. Consumed by anger, he sets out on a mission to avenge his death, eventually mistaking Shou for his father's killer. He is later redeemed, when he finds out the truth about his father's death. Unlike the first three, he uses the God Brace, an updated version of the God Trigger, to henshin.

19 years old. A gentle and motherly coffee shop owner. She acts as the group's mediator whenever conflicts arise, and is the one who convinces Yuuto to give up his revenge plot. She receives the sun piece AMATERASU in a dream. Like Yuuto, she uses the God Brace to henshin.
Kanata Hongo as Hidesato Tetsu a.k.a. HouSILVER

14 years old. He is HIDESATO's current SUPREME CHIEF, who arrives just in time to save the first 5 rangers when HIDESATO HQ falls under the hands of the MIKABOSHI. Though being the youngest of them all, he has the most authority. Not wielding any TenJuuHou piece, or even bearing a Seikouten, he uses the power of his ancestor Hidesato Kurenai to help, and the Soul Exceeder to henshin. His element, aptly named SOUL, uses the power of fusion between the elements of the first five rangers, so he has numerous powers/elements, e.g. STEAM(FIRE+WATER), BLIZZARD(WATER+THUNDER), ECLIPSE (SUN+MOON), etc, though he cannot use this power without the other rangers present. When alone, he uses a technique called SOUL PURIFY that enables him to be skilled in hand-to-hand combat and use exorcism techniques to destroy summoned MakaiJuu.
Koichi Domoto as Hiei Shinji a.k.a. HouCRIMSON

22 years old. Shou's older brother, who was presumed dead, Shinji appears before Shou in the later episodes to claim the creation piece IZANAGI. Shou thinks his brother has betrayed him, but in reality he wants to get both the creation pieces so he can destroy the MIKABOSHI himself. A loving brother, he realizes that he cannot do it alone, he joins the HouRangers in a final battle against the Mikaboshi. He has the creation piece IZANAMI, and can control any element he chooses, but chooses to control MAGMA. He uses the God Caliber, a sword type henshin device, to transform.

another interest is a sentai similar to flashman were they are from another planet and have superpowers in calabiration with the dragon(red),phoniex(black),hydra(blue),peaguses(yellow),taurus(green) as mask motifs and zord that could either be regular beasts or shapes like orikami(shinkenger) and a wrist changer with dials for different combinations.

I think that we should have another Sentai with a combination between Hikari Sentai Maskman, Choujuu Sentai Liveman meets Kamen Rider Ryuki.
Kagami Sentai Shadowranger

Leader. 23-Orphaned at a young age. Sense a monster attacking people beyond mirror. Chosen by the other shadowranger to be the leader.

Second in command. 19-acting leader for a short period of time. A little cocky, but learns to keep himself cool.

Technician. 21-top wiz at his old school. dreams of running a computer software when he was a child.

Older sister of Shadow Pink. 19-A bit of a tough girl. Think of her as like a Sentai version of Kino Makoto (Sailor Jupiter).

Shadow Yellow's younger sister. 17-the only teen of the team. She has dreams of being a Pop Idol and an Actress in American Soap Operas.
