Considering:

Right now,

White Knight Chronicles, Mass Effect 2 and Heavy Rain are the main ones that are really calling out to me as must haves. Honestly, as short as i know Heavy Rain will end up being. I think that's pretty much my big game for 2010 itself, just because I loved Indigo Prophecy.

Most of the other games I'm really interested in at the moment are just localizations or ports of games I've already played.

The game should offer a lot of replay value though.
Here's hoping it doesn't take a turn for the weird like Indigo Prophecy.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, No More Heroes 2, and Metroid: Other M. I would've said Super Mario Galaxy 2, but I can see that game getting delayed until 2011.
