Arakawa was Kuuga's main writer, and he was also main writer of Abaranger and Dekaranger. Prior to Kuuga, he worked as a secondary writer on mostly sentai, so I think Toei likes just keeping him with sentai.
Toei's (jokingly?) referred to Abaranger as "Kuuga 2," because of Arakawa and him using some similar ideas to Kuuga.

Judging from Panda's pics, the point is the new Rider pose I guess.
Mayhaps he'll get a phrase to go along with it.
EDIT: Also sounds like we're getting a third voice for Double, and not a mix, unless the voice in that video is a placeholder. He clearly says "My name is Kamen Rider Double" and it's not in either of their voices. And he uses a first-person singular pronoun.
On the bright side, Kiriyama has a nice voice and is apparently 24, so he's a bit older than some of the ones we've had lately. Suda on the other hand is 16.

I wonder what kind of kooky Engrish (Or in Decade, Kabuto and Faiz's case, Very good English) voice the belt will have. The Decadriver is just great so that's gonna be hard to top

...dear god please tell me this is some horrible joke and that thing isn't the title.
With this new writer and producer and even going to Giza for music, I really get the feeling this is Toei trying to start fresh with Rider.
