It is. It's the effect of industrializing food. I read about eating meat shifts hormone levels, but I don't yet know how it works. Europe is more liberal than here in places like Italy, France, and Spain. They drink younger, they smoke younger, and they do things that most people here wouldn't do until they were older.

While I don't promote that kind of stuff, America is too strict with its rules. We can die for our country and vote at 18, but apparently we can't drink until 3 years later? :supersayin:
