How dare you compare it to anime?

The reason why I compared this with anime is because of it's similarities.

Fist of!
-The heroes have swords
Second of!
-They transform when the scenery goes too far (Bleach doesn't but Karas does)
Third of!
-They have big demons as foes (especially in BLEACH and KARAS)
Fourth of!
-The heroes usually got an ally to support them in battle.
Fifth of!
-The monster fighting pace is just too fast that none shall last (mmm... this sentence seems to have been taken from the Linkin Park's Points of Authority Remix Lyrics)

1. A lot of heros have swords..XD
2. A lot don't transform until they have to.
3. This is common & not all of GARO's enemies were big. Unless you didn't mean all of them, but still, most weren't.
4. He didn't have much help...XD
5. This is a frequent thing as well.

Yes indeed but Meshia, and that big monster where Garo saved a lady from being eaten is what I mean. And never forget Karas and Garo were both heroes fighting another armored person in the end of the series (Lord Echo and Barago)

It was aired after 12am in Japan....

garo is one of the few things I've seen on tv that is able to freak me out in a few parts :S

Just out right freaky ideas really I find it more disturbing because there are indeed freaks like that out there IRL :S

It's not like Garo.
It's an animated toku but both movies just seem boring. Except for the fancy fights.
EVen then I've seen better.
Your better off stickin with live action instead.
I mean tokusatsu-wise.

It is like Garo, for some normal looking people are actually demons in disguise.

-well I have to say yes for Garo has horse, this one had spirit fighter jets

-both have! Only that Garo and his fellow Makai Knights use swords, Karas uses those alarm clock like devices.

Garo is no critical masterpiece but it sure is a lot of fun.

Like Kabuto, I love the fight choreography. Lots of hand-to-hand and & sword fighting plus some non-suit action for added bonus marks. I can watch ep7's fight over and over.

Mark Musashi is a pleasure to watch and JAM Project is music to my ears.

The art style and designs are glorious.

Downloading Momo's (DVD?) raws makes me love it all over again. Is there a way to add TVN's subs to them?
