Preorders for it have been live on many other retail sites after Amazon for the longest, and have all stated January 30th as the release date. It's not uncommon for preorders to go live at other retail sites before they do at Shout! Factory's own site.

Anyway, a preorder page did go live on Shout! Factory's site yesterday.
