Sony promises that game development will be Dev. Friendly and that porting games over will be an easy process. Sony also focused heavy on the fact that they wanted gamers to have the on the go experience. Meaning that players will be able to take their games, for the first time in gaming history, from their Playstation 3 and transfer them to Playstation Vita, allowing players to continue progress from where they left off.
Another huge feature is Cross-party chat. This is similar to Xbox Live party chat. Hopefully this means the PS3 will be getting it.
