Yep, you read that right, the second film that mains the fan-favorite Merc with a Mouth has officially wrapped filming. This comes from the co-writer to the film. Which will bring joy to a lot of fans, as they’re waiting desperately for Deadpool 2 to arrive.

The original Deadpool was a revelation at the box office, not only did it show that a “low-budget” superhero film could do seriously well, it proved that R-rated superhero films can work well, which came in handy for the Logan film that came some time later, and even set up an R-rated theme of sorts that others are in the works.
Deadpool 2 is set to be even bigger than the original in every way. As not only did Fox give the film a bigger budget, but it’s bringing in key X-Men universe characters in the forms of Cable and Domino.
The film is set to arrive next Summer.
