Yarn Yoshi and Mewtwo Amiibo Release Dates Announced
Nintendo has been unveiling some very interesting things for fans and gamers in the last few days. First came the reveal of release dates for some of its really big holiday lineup, and now we’ve also gotten information about two highly anticipated Amiibos (via a press release) that’ll be coming this fall/holiday season as well.
First up is the Mega Yarn Yoshi and its Amiibo. While there is already Yarn Yoshis (three different colors I might add) that you can already get, you’ll be able to get the mega-sized one for yourself on November 15th in the US and November 27th in Europe. Don’t worry, the functionality will be the same, but this time you’ll get a second Yoshi to help you in the game, a very gigantic Yoshi that is.
For Smash Bros. fans, a highly anticipated Amiibo is heading your way. Mewtwo, the first ever DLC character for the game, has officially gotten an Amiibo release date. In the US, you’ll get the Mewtwo Amiibo (if you can find it) on November 13th. If you’re in Europe, you’ll actually have access to it on the 23rd of October.
Nintendo has already confirmed that every Smash Bros. character will get an Amiibo. Next up will likely be Lucas, followed by Roy and Ryu. We’ll keep you posted on those release dates as well.
