GuliKit Announces The Ultimate Game Handheld Dock
Video game console / handheld hybrids are a growing business. Nintendo’s Switch started it all, but competitors chose to adapt PC games to a handheld format, like the Steam Deck, the ROG Ally, and others. A lot of gamers own more than one now. The one problem is you need a separate dock to charge each of them, or play them on the TV. GuilKit, a third-party accessory company that mostly makes controllers, announced a new type of product at Gamescom today, designed to solve this problem: a yet to be named all-in-one dock. Any modern gaming handheld will fit in it, they all will charge and they all will display on the TV. The prototype is currently being shown off at GuilKit’s Gamescom booth. For reasons that are yet to be explained, they made it look exactly like an American Super NES.
