An argument between Riot, the developer of League of Legends, and the key selling website G2A has broken out and led to the service being banned from sponsoring any professional teams. Teams such as Cloud9, Counter Logic Gaming and H2K have been told that they cannot compete unless they remove mention of G2A from their team names and materials, while any mention of the website has been removed from merchandise available at the 2015 League of Legends World Championships.
