Deponia Series Wraps Up On PS4; Heads To Switch
Daedalic Entertainment has announced that the fourth and final chapter in their crazy dystopian point-and-click adventure, Deponia, is now purchasable on Playstation 4 and XBox One. We had never heard of Deponia before today, but we dig the goofy art style, reminiscent of one of those highly-labored-over webcomics that only updates at the rate of one page a month. Odds are you may not have heard of this either, which would mean if we described the plot of Deponia’s last chapter, we’d spoil the majority of the series’ plot. So we’ll post the first chapter’s synopsis instead. In Deponia, the world has degenerated into a vast garbage dump, in which the crotchety Rufus ekes out his sorry existence. He is part of the lowest social class, doomed to live his life in literal mountains of trash.
