Resident Evil Masterpiece Theater is a Japanese ad for Resident Evil 4 remake.
Jack Krauser makes his glorious return for the 3rd trailer of The Resident Evil 4 remake. He got revealed at the Playstation State of Play event for February.
The Ganados (Singular Ganado) got introduced to Resident Evil fans back in 2005 in Resident Evil 4. They are the first enemies of the Plaga Saga of Resident Evil (Resident evil 4 to 6). I remember in an old Resident Evil 4 ad that cannot find anymore, Leon mentioned they are not Zombies. The Ganados look less grotesque than zombies, they just look like ordinary people, and they can still talk and even do mundane stuff like farming and gardening. They become hostile the moment they see a stranger not infected by Las Plagas. Las Plagas is an ancient parasite responsible for the extinction of dinosaurs. An infected person is a mind controlled by the one who possesses the Queen Plaga.
Resident Evil 4 Remake drops off it’s 2nd trailer together with a 10 minute footage of gameplay. Ada Wong and Leon Kennedy’s motion capture Resident Evil 2 models were kept, however Leon now has larger eye bags to more closely resemble his original RE4 model Christian Duerre. Ada Wong still sports a red dress, but it is no longer the famous Cheongsam. She is now dressed in a wool sweater dress. Though more practical than an evening gown, it exposes more skin.
Ashley Graham (The Resident Evil character, not the Supermodel) is one of the most unique female characters in Resident Evil. The Whole RE lore has strong female characters. Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, Ada Wong, Rebecca Chambers, and Sheva Alomar are all able to survive a Zombie Apocalypse on their own.
Resident Evil 4 doesn’t really need a remake because the game aged well, and all it needed was a remaster. A Resident Evil: Code Veronica remake would have been better, but it is not up to me to decide. CapCom finally announced the remake’s Trailer on Playstation State of Play 2022. Resident Evil 4 is an influential game, and it is why many 3d shooters use the over-the-shoulder camera angle. The Original felt like a cheesy sci-fi action, but this remake will go for a more horror Route. D.C Douglas, the long-time Albert Wesker voice actor, was originally going to be in this game. Capcom Fired DC Douglas after he leaked assets of the game on Twitter.
