Another ill-fated Nintendo peripheral or does this one show signs of promise?
GoNintendo are reporting that Nintendo is working on a headset for the 3DS, currently planned to launch sometime close to the debut of Heroes of Ruin. Heroes of Ruin will allegedly utilize this headset for VOIP support. The supposed information comes from a source in touch with a staff member who works at n-Space. Which generally sounds ominous, but if RMC thinks this could be legit, then why not?
It’s also worth noting that Nintendo and n-Space have worked closely before with the title Geist. The game is also being published by Square-Enix, which lends even more credibility to the rumour.
