Minions: Rise of Gru will be gracing our Cinemas this July first. This prequel is set in the 1970s, that why Gru is still a child. Steve Carell will reprise his role as Gru, but he altered his voice to sound more childlike. Also returning is Russell Brand, who plays a much younger Dr. Nefario. These star-studded casts are Taraji P. Henson, Lucy Lawless, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dolph Lundgren, Dolph Lundgren, and Julie Andrews.
The Minions are creatures who evolved to serve an evil Boss. In the first movie, we had seen them try serving different villains, but they either die or do not fit their standards. Now they finally meet Gru, who will eventually become the protagonist of the Despicable Me franchise. Chris Rock won’t be able to hurt Gru’s feelings yet because he still has a healthy mane of hair on his head.
Minions: Rise of Gru official Trailer
Gru Doesn’t just want to be a villain, He wants to be the Super-Villain, but the other masters of crime look down on him because he is just a child. The Minions themselves call him Mini-Boss because of his lack of size as a child.
This Boy Genius doesn’t have super-strength, but his intellect enabled him to tinker with inventions that can make him commit his crimes. Gru wanted to join a Super-villain group called the Vicious 6, but they didn’t take him seriously. Since they don’t want him in, He decided to outsmart them instead and beat them with their own game.
Now Gru makes enemies with the people he once Idolized. Unfortunately, they captured him, and the only ones who could save him were the obnoxious fuzzy yellow creatures who loved him unconditionally. The Minions will meet Master Chow (Michelle Yeoh), an Acupuncturist who is secretly a Kung-Fu Master. She will teach them how to fight so they can save their beloved Mini-Boss.

For some unknown reason, Republicans are celebrating Minions rise of Gru dominating the box office over the “Woke” Lightyear…. They are not aware the Minions are the wokiest of the woke.🤣
