“How to Train Your Dragon” will be released in theaters on June 13, 2025. It is a remake of the animated film series that began with a 2010 animated film, produced by DreamWorks Animation. It is based on the book series by Cressida Cowell and, hopefully, it will continue the original movie’s legacy.

“How to Train Your Dragon“ STORYLINE:
Everyone knows that Vikings and dragons have been enemies ever since they realized they live on the same planet, on the same isle. This is why the story of Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III is so horrendous! He befriended a dragon. No Viking has even done that! It’s unheard of. It’s unacceptable. It’s impossible! Isn’t it?
Not impossible for Hiccup. Not only does he befriend the scary Night Fury dragon named Toothless, but he trains the creature! Who does that? Certainly not a Viking! It’s against all the rules of Viking society! But suppose the rules are wrong? Has nobody ever questioned them or even thought to break them? Hiccup defies the tradition of dragon-fighting practices when he chooses to bond with Toothless.
- Gabriel Howell (DOB: 1st January 1995) is a young British actor who made his acting debut in the short film “Sketching Dragons” (2021). Maybe dragons are his good luck charm. His other roles include: “Bodies” (2023), and “Nightsleeper” (2024).

Gerard Butler is Scottish and probably best known for his role as King Leonidas in “300” (2007), but he made his film debut in “Mrs. Brown” (1997). Believe it or not, he can also sing. Butler starred as Erik, The Phantom in the 2004 film adaptation of “The Phantom of the Opera”. Most of his roles are in Action series and films such as: “Olympus Has Fallen” (2013-2019), “Den of Thieves” (2018), and “Plane” (2023). He voiced characters for animated works: “How to Train Your Dragon” series (2010-2019); “ARK: The Animated Series” (2024); and “The Night Before Christmas in Wonderland” (2024).

Mason Thames (DOB: July 10, 2007) started acting at age 11. His debut role was in the short film “After Omelas” (2017). His breakthrough role was as Finney Blake in the horror film “The Black Phone” (2021), and he will be reprising this role in the sequel to “The Black Phone”, scheduled to be released on October 17, 2025. Many are looking forward to his performance a Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III in the 2025 live-action remake of “How to Train Your Dragon”.
