Again!?! They got sued by the makers of Mob Wars not long after Mafia Wars started (for plagarism), but I think that was settled out of court.
I see the ones doing the suing is Digital Chocolate, a company run by the founder of Electronic Arts. Guess what, EA own Zynga's main rival, Playfish. Trip Hawkins is trying to help his old company it seems.
