Here are 2 things that proves that Riotroppers and the 2 Alternatives are riders
For the Alternatives:
-Ryuki storyline speaking, If they could enter the mirror world and fight, they are riders, they are just made diffrently than the other 13
-They say "henshin"
-They have henshin gear
For the Riotroppers
-They appeared in the "rider war" in ep 1
-They appear as Diend's summon in ep 15
-They say henshin
-They have henshin gear

Zectroppers are humans in armor, w/e ultimate form special is a exo-suit

Even per Bandai, Alternative and Alternative Zero don't get the Kamen Rider ahead of their name.

Not saying you can't keep them in the list, just letting you know.

Even G3 is counted as a Rider, which is odd, because he doesn't technically henshin.
