Ever since Go-Oner, it seems that most, if not all, of the mecha's have been using the "Oh" suffix. Let me show you:

Go-Onger
1. Engine-Oh
2. GunBir-Oh
3. Engine-Oh G6
4. Seiku-Oh
5. Engine-Oh G9
6. Kyoretsu-Oh
7. Engine-Oh G12

Shinkenger
1. Shinken-Oh
2. Kabuto Shinken-Oh
3. Kajiki Shinken-Oh
4. Tora Shinken-Oh
5. Tenku-Shinken-Oh
6. DaiKai-Oh
7. DaiKaiShinken-Oh
8. Mougyuu Dai-Oh
9. Samurai HaOh
(DaiTenku is the only mecha not to have Oh in it's name (not counting DaiGoyou or Shinken Daigoyou))

Goseiger (from what I've read at Power Rangers Wiki)
1. Tensou-Oh
2. Gosei-Oh
3. AnokokuOh

Why do you do think the writers have been using Oh in nearly all of their mecha's lately?

Because they're the 'kings' of whatever they're suppose to be, the Suffix of King or -Oh have been used in sentai for decades, ever since Flash King in Flashman, Came back in Dairanger with Dairen-oh and KibaDaioh, King Pyramider in OhRanger, Oh and King have been suffix/prefixes almost as much as God when naming the combinations. It's just a way to name something to make it sound more powerful.
