I think you have to owe it to name value, strong voice talent and the animation studio that produced those series more than, say, the actual quality of episodes...Marvel were close to bankrupt by then, and when they LOST that studio, you can tell they couldnt animate it well at all in-house.
Marvel had it a lot better in the 1980s when they had the animated Robocop, Muppet Babies, and the legendary Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends, and the 1981 solo Spidey series that is so unbeleviably underrated to the point barely anyone's HEARD of it (outside of the fact Videoman came from it):laugh:
