Exactly. It sounds very mean spirited to say "whore!!" but you're right. In my mind, she ultimately gave sex for a virtual item. Something that isnt real. If she was so loose on her values in regards to sex then I can see her just as easily giving it up for practically anything else she desperately wanted.

I just think it's sad that some people get so wrapped up in these online worlds that they would sell anything for a small moment of happiness. To think she gave her body up for something that will only bring her momentary happiness in the game.

In her defense, women use sex to get stuff all the fucking time. And maybe she just really needed to get laid? I lower my standards sometimes when I get in a slump, and if I can make 5000 gold at the same time... what the ****, you know?

Like I said, she's not a bad person, and "morally loose" is subjective depending on the morals you follow. However, she is an apple.

This isn't anything new to me, this probably happened with Everquest. And in Final Fantasy XI (which I used to play on the Titan server, I had a lvl 30 SAM) People would pay BIG money to see a **** load of Taru's do /panic

WoW is overcrowed and WAAAAAAAAY too overrated. For a really good MMO thats out, play City of Heroes/City of Villians :thumbs:

sure if you get kicks out of fighting thugs over and over again. Heroes got boring for me real quick. WoW isnt that overcrowded and there are dozens of servers to choose from. Personally, it's best to choose a crowded server as you will find parties easier and Auction Houses will have an abundance of rare goods.

I have a female toon, myself. I did it because I had an elven mage in D&D that was female, so I made a female blood elf mage. I also figured it'd get me free stuff. I don't pretend that I'm really a girl, though, so the free stuff thing doesn't work too well, but whatever. Playing a female char is ok. Pretending you're really a female is not.

I had a friend that did the pretending to be a female thing. He got all sorts of free stuff, and the occasional love letter email... but I felt dirty just hearing him talk about it.

Ehhh.... I'm not comfortable with calling someone a "fuckin' whore" and not seeing it as calling someone a bad person.

I've know those who dance the very edge of promiscuity and yeah.. they're still good people. Just never been comfortable passing judgement like that.
